ي جماعة كلما ادخل مجموعة اشوف المهارات واختبارات المهارات مالكم مكبرين للموضوع وأنتم ماهرين ونص 😌🔥 عموما التفريغ اللي هو للدكتور تمام وحلو والي قد ذاكره مابش داعي يشتت نفسه يزيد يطلع على اسئلة واللي عاده يشتي يتوسع يقرأ ملخص المرجع عشان الوقت ومابش داعي نعطي للمواضيع اكبر من حجمها ونشتت انفسنا ونضيع المواد الباقي بعض التعديلات : ⭕️ آخر شي مكتوب في supraclavicular أنه إلى rib 5 والصح إلى 6 rib ⭕️في حق interscapular نضيف إلى rib 11 ويكتبوا base of lung ⭕️في موضوع ال edema بتكون bilateral بشكل كبير في HF وليس uni .. كلمة pitting بدل beating وووو...! بعض الاضافات للملف : في جزئية ال nail 🤍 *( nail spooning ) : flat then concave in iron deficiency anemia E. *white nail in hypoalbuminemia as in LCF في انواع ال tremors😢 *Fine tremors تمام . * coarse tremors = asterixis encephalopathy especially organ failure. من اسباب unilateral edema أيضا😢 Cellulitis Lymphatic obstruction DVT
