أول منشورة في ماده الـ Anatomy ونبدأ نتكلم عن
الـ heart يلي يوجد الـ thoracic cavity .
🔶 Surface antomy of the heart :
- بنقسم حدود السرفس لأربع نقاط :
♦️1- in left second costal cartilage يبعد عن الـsternum border بمقدار 1/2 inch or 1,3cm .
♦️2- in right side in third costal cartilage يبعد عن الـ sternum border بمقدار 1/2 inch.
♦️3- in right side in sixth costal cartilage يبعد عن sternum border بمقدار 1/2 inch كمان .
✨ اذاً كلهم in costal cartilage وكلهم يبعدوا عن الـ sternuml border بمقدار 1/2 inch ماعدا النقطه الرابعه يلي بتكلم الحين عنها .
♦️4- in left side in fifth intercostal space وتبعد عن sternum border بمقدار 3/5 inch or 9cm .
🔶Surface antomy of the valves :
- بنتعرف عن اماكن وجود الصمامات ، ترتيبًا :
♦️1- pulmonary valve: in Left side in third middel end of costal cartilage in border of sternum (in sternocostal junction) .
♦️2-Aortic valve : in left side third intercostal space in border of sternum .
✨ يعني بنشوف ان مكان الـ Aorta تحت الـ pulmonary مباشرة .
♦️3- Mitral valve: in left side in fourth costal
cartilage .
♦️ 4- Tricuspid valve :in left fourth intercostal space , behind the sternum(right middel hafl of
sternum) .
❤️✨Heart conical in shape 2/3 in left side 1/3 in right side, downward forward to the left .
✨الفقره يلي فاتت كانت عن اماكن وجود الصمامات الحين . بنتعرف عن اماكن سماع الصمامات ونبدأ:
🔹1- pulmonary valve: in left second interested space .
🔸2- Aorta : in right second in middle end intercostal
space .
🔹 3- Mitral valve: in fifth intercosta space ( in apxe of the heart) .
🔸4- Tricuspid valve: in left lower end of the body of sternum .
✨الخلاصه ان سماع الصمامات ع شكل حـ"Zــ"ـرف ترتيبًا ( Mitral, Tricuspid ,pulmonary, Aorta ) .

من جهة الـ Smooth معانا of right ventricle infundibulum or pulmonary conus .

منشور الًيَوُمًِ بنتكلم فِيَھ علئ أول معمل اناتومي وهو تفريغ كامل من شرح الدكتور🤩
حيث بداء الدكتور بالتحدث عن:
🔴site of the heart
🔴bordat of heart
🔴surfaces of heart
🔴epicardial sac
🔴 stractural of heart
⚜️✅The Heart lies in the middle mediastinum.
اي يقع مباشرة خلف منتصف عظمة القص ويمييل الئ اسفل ثم الئ الجهه اليسرئ مـــِْن الصدر بواسطة apex
🍃👈حيث يحاط . بغلاف خارجي يتكون مـــِْن طبقتين يسمئ epicarduim
● It is surrounded by a fibroserous sac called
Pericardium which is differentiated into:
○ An outer fibrous layer (fibrous pericardium).
○ Inner serous sac
(serous pericardium).
■ Parietal
■ Visceral
🍃👈حيث يكون شكله مخروطي يتكون مـــِْن base &apex
● The heart is pyramidal in shape having:
○base
● it is formed by the two atria,
♦️👉mainly left atrium,
● it is directed backwards.
🔷 Apex :
● Directed downwards, forwards and to
the left.
♦️👉it is formed by the left ventricle.
● lies at the level of left 5th intercostal
space 3.5 inch (9c.m) from midline.
🔷»»الحدود بتاعه يتكون مـــِْن four bordar
🔷Borders of the heart:
1️⃣Upper border
● Is formed by👉 the 2 atria.
● It's masked by ascending aorta and pulmonary trunk.
2️⃣Right border Is formed by 👉right atrium.
3️⃣Lower border👉
Is formed mainly by right ventricle .
4️⃣left bordar Is formed mainly by 👉left ventricle
+ auricle of left atrium.
👈حيث ان القلب يمتلك ثلاثه اسطح
🍃💁♂️consistent. from three surface:
○ Sterno-costal 👉(anterior surface)
○ Base 👉(posterior surface)
○ Diaphragmatic 👉(inferior surface)
🍃👈وذكر انه يتكون مـــِْن 4حجرات
● It consists of 4 chambers
♦️, 2 atria (right and
left)
♦️ 2 ventricles ( right and left)
👈بنشرح كل حجره مـــِْن ايش بتتكون وايش يفصلها الباقي نبداء ب
1️⃣ The Right atrum consists of a main cavity and a small out pouching, called the ✨auricle✨.
( resembling ear)
♦️🍃On the outside of the heart at the junction between
the right atrium and the right auricle is a
🍃 vertical groove🍃
, the sulcus terminalis, which on the inside
forms a ridge, the crista terminalis.
🍃2️⃣The right ventricle communicates
with the right atrium throughthe
atrioventricular orifice and with the
pulmonary trunk through the pulmonary orifice.
As the cavity
approaches the pulmonary orifice it
becomes
❗funnel shaped,❗
at which
point it is referred to as the
infundibulum (also known as the
(conus arteriosus).
حيث يوجد. ثلاث تراكيب بارزه في البطين الايمن 👈
⚜️Large projections arise from the walls called
papillary muscles:
▶️Anterior papillary muscle
▶️Posterior papillary muscle
▶️Septal papillary muscle
حيث. ان كل papillary muscle تتصل ب
cordae tendinae
وكل cordae tendinaeيتصل cuspid valve
3️⃣left atrum communicates with
the left ventricle through the atrioventricular orifice
🔵 It forms the "greater part of base of
heart."
🍃👉 Its wall is smooth except for small
musculi pectinati in the left auricle.
● ♦️Recieves
4 pulmonary.veins tow right &toelw left
which
have no valves
4️⃣👉Left ventricle of the heart formed by wall
Its thicker than that of right ventricle.
🔷 It receives blood from left atrium through mitral
valve (bicuspid).
♦️ Its wall contains trabeculae canae

ثم يتكون لنا مـــِْن
🔴 tow large papillary muscles
🔴posterior papillary muscle
🔴Anterior papillary muscel
They are attached by chordae tendinae to cusps of mitral valve.
🔷حيث ان الدم الذي يدخل القلب مـــِْن جميع انحاء الجسم عبر superior vena cava &inferior vena cava
ثم الئ right ventricle
عبر tricuspied valve صمام ثلاثي الشرفات. ثم ينتقل مـــِْن البطين الئ pulmonary trunk ثم الئ الرئتين والئ هنا تسمئ هاذي العمليه
🍃pulmonary circulation🍃
لكي يتم هناك عملية التبادل gases&neutrion&waste
ثم يعود دم مؤكسد اي حامل للاكسجين عبر pulmonary veins الئ left atrum
ثم ينتقل الئ left ventricle
عبر mitral valve صمام ثانئي الشرفات. ثم يضخ الئ جميع انحاء الجسم عبر ascending aorticوهاذي تسمئ
