وقد تتآكل نفوسنا لولا الاحتساب! احتسبوا التَّعبَ والسَّهرَ والمجهودَ والقلقَ والدُّموعَ، وكلَّ ما شقَّ علىٰ نفوسِكم احتسبوه؛ فإنّ كلَّ المتاعبِ أجورٌ عند اللّٰه. لا يخيبُ مسعًىٰ إنْ كان مقصدُه للّٰه، ولا يضيعُ جهدٌ استودعَه المرءُ عندَ اللّٰه، ولا شيء يضاهي أنْ يُتوَّجَ مسعانا بخيرِ الجزاء. كلُّ ما يدركُه المرءُ في الدُّنيا زائلٌ، ويبقى الأجرُ عندَ اللّٰهِ. ﴿وَأَن لَّيْسَ لِلْإِنسَانِ إِلَّا مَا سَعَىٰ ‎﴿٣٩﴾‏ وَأَنَّ سَعْيَهُ سَوْفَ يُرَىٰ ‎﴿٤٠﴾‏ ثُمَّ يُجْزَاهُ الْجَزَاءَ الْأَوْفَىٰ ‎﴿٤١﴾‏﴾. فيا عظيمَ المَنِّ، ويا واسعَ الفضلِ، نسألُك أوفىٰ الجزاء. - هِنْد عَطِيَّة.
