The maps illustrate the changes which have taken place in a bookstore between 2000 and the present day. Overall, there have been several alterations in the bookstore, with the addition of sitting areas being the most significant. In addition, although the area looks noticeably different now compared to the past, only two features have been introduced over the period. In 2000, the bookstore was densely occupied by different book sections. To be specific, there was a large section of fiction books on the left and at the top while on the other side, non-fiction books were located. In the center, three rectangular sections – cookery, hobbies, and art – were lined. By now, all sections have been downsized and relocated to the west, with the non-fiction books locating at the top. A new café counter has been added to the east in the place of previous section of non-fiction books. These changes created an open area in the center, so three circular tables with chairs have been put, making it convenient for readers. The charts compare the number of men and women who chose to study six different subjects in a university in 2012. Overall, most people in both genders preferred to study social sciences, while the opposite was true for agriculture. Unlike all other figures, mere 500 students preferred to choose agriculture, the lowest number in the chart. Regarding the figures for male and female students, females were more inclined to study social sciences, health, humanities, with respective figures of around 4000, 2000, and 1500 students. Meanwhile, under 3000, 800, and 1000 men were involved in these courses, respectively. In contrast, more men chose to study engineering (over 2000) and science and math (around 1500), representing twice the number of women. The diagram gives information about the changes which occurred in a town Darwin in 2009 and 2014. In general, while the area was primarily industrial in 2009, by 2014, it had been transformed into a more recreational and educational space with the addition of a university building, a swimming pool, and a harbour. In 2009, the south side of the town was primarily occupied by an industrial area, while most facilities were positioned in the north. At the centre, there was a circular path, enclosing a small industrial area, a lake, and a few trees. Around the path, several facilities were located, including a school and a convention in the north, three residential buildings in the south, and two swimming pools in the east. The town was covered with roads from the western and northern sides, with the northern road connecting to a fishing area. By 2014, there had been several changes to the town with the transformation of the industrial area into a green site being the most noticeable. Turning to the circular path, the small industrial site disappeared while the residential buildings under the path doubled in number. Other facilities that are adjacent to the path remained unchanged.
