Well, you may not believe me, but Russia is not the leader in terms of the market size. There are countries with much more users. Just imagine! People in China create Telegram chats and groups which are getting packed to its maximum capacity of 200,000 participants not in several months, but several days, with many thousands of people left aside since they are not able to join the group anymore due to Telegram limits of maximum of 200,000 in a single group. Long story short, the English Telegram market size is about 250,000,000 people, and this figure is steadily growing daily. The more people use Telegram, the more channels appear in the market. Currently there are some good channels to buy ad from. These channels are the main source of subscribers to our 40+ Channels Network. Yes, there are already some players in market who try to create competition. But it's so minimal... Some topics don't have competition at all with only 4 channels representing the market! Just to compare there were almost 200 channels in the topic of “remote work search” back in 2020. 200 really good channels with lots of subscribers. What do we mean by marking channel as a good? Well, as we previously wrote, all of the channels should be benchmarked against different criteria and statistics. We do not recommend to randomly select channels to purchase ad from. Moreover, be ready to prepare at least 2-4 ad posts, with one to be clickbait post, i.e. short. Second one should be more “narrow” (reasonable and long). Important notice, don’t spend too much budget for such post. We test our ad posts in our channel Network, or we make a purchase in several small channels before launching marketing campaign in order not to waste money on an expensive subscriber. Then we measure conversion rate and start posting it in large Telegram channels if the post fits our criteria. As a result, we get subscribers for only $0.5 - $0.20, depending on the Channel topic. So, do not be afraid when you meet such words in any other source of useful information)) Long story short, there are 2 ways you can make ad creatives - either you make it yourself, or order it from experienced people. Of course, the easiest way is to order ad post creation, since everything will be done for you and you will only have to choose the option you like! However you will need some media materials (illustrations or videos) if you choose to go on your own. Videos can be found on TikTok or YouTube. You will just need to download them and edit the necessary parts. Moreover, videos may not be loaded sometimes. This means that some people may not see your ad post the way is supposed to be, This will negatively affect ad post efficiency, resulting lower subscription rate. If you are making your own ad creative with illustrations, then you may find suitable illustrations on Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, or one of the following free illustration sources: • https://www.pexels.com/ • https://unsplash.com/ • https://pixabay.com/ You may edit these illustrations as you wish in any convenient photo editor. Of course these are not all sources and you are free to chose any source you find appropriate. This is a required minimum, which is enough to create an effective, high-converting ad post. ​How to measure loyalty of your channel subscribers? What do I mean by loyalty? Well, loyalty is how your channel audience reacts to ads. The more loyal the audience is, the less unsubscribes you will face after publishing new ad posts. Hence, publishing an ad will lead to more unsubscribes in case your audience is less loyal. Accordingly, this can be approximately measured by the change in channel subscribers amount after an ad post publication. Moreover, loyalty can be determined by activity of the audience. The more comments and reactions your channel has, the more the audience is involved and loyal. You can reinvest a smaller share of the profits in the channel with a more loyal audience to compensate unsubscribes. How to increase loyalty? Your content is responsible for this task. Loyalty increases if your posts look cool and people like it. It also works in an opposite direction; channel activity slows down if your posts look like a «template» and similar to the posts of competitors. Drop in channel activity, in turn, leads to drop in loyalty. There was one channel which were publishing paid courses for free. It was a dawn of Telegram market, and this channel was a first comer in a given topic. Channel became so much popular in short period of time, due to its uniqueness, so that channel link was walking among other sources, so that channel was gaining subscribers for free. Channel admin was selling ads not just daily, but sometimes selling 5 ad posts per day. Interestingly, people were not unsubscribing. Channel audience was so grateful for the materials channel provided, so that ads surplus did not bother them. The content was so unique and exclusive, it was literally not available elsewhere, but then competitors entered the niche... Competitors, who tried to oust him with more beautiful posts, accurate presentation and much less ads. They managed to publish more useful content and, as a result, overtook him! Therefore, loyalty is influenced by your attitude to channel audience and diligent work.

The System We Discussed Before Before, I mentioned the system allowing you to earn hundreds and thousands of dollars on Telegram channels through the sale of ads and launches.
