🧡 TEAM BUILDING 🧡 7 марта у TutorForces прошли тренинги, направленные на сплочение коллектива, вместе с психологом Центра психологического сопровождения СПбПУ Калугиной Анной Константиновной! 🔸В этом году состав тьюторов пополнился, и, чтобы ребята получше узнали друг друга, а связи внутри организации стали более тесными, был проведен ряд тренингов. 🔸 Программа включала в себя упражнения на знакомство и развитие командного духа. Ребята учились взаимодействовать друг с другом при различном распределении ролей внутри команды. 🔸 Упражнения действительно были полезны! Наши тьюторы из числа российских и иностранных студентов научились более эффективно взаимодействовать несмотря на языковой барьер. Во время тренингов было интересно наблюдать за уникальным ходом мыслей каждого тьютора, а также за разными подходами к решению задач. 🧡 Тренинги помогли ребятам лучше узнать друг друга и научиться вместе работать над общими задачами, что поможет в дальнейшей продуктивной работе TutorForces.

🥞 MASLENITSA TRADITIONS 🥞 (part 2) ☀ Thursday: "широкий четверг", "разгул" - it was the day that marked the middle of the celebration. On Thursday people would party and have fun all day long, fistfights were also held that day. ☀ Friday: "тещины вечерки", "гостевой день" - on Friday men invited their mothers-in-law to eat 'blini'. Also, a girl would go out with freshly baked blini and if a guy asked for her 'blini', it meant that he liked her, a girl could agree to meet him. ☀ Suturday: "заловкины посиделки" - the day when women, especially newlyweds, invited friends. The highlight of the day was burning a carnival effigy made of straw, around which dances were organised. Saying goodbye to the feast properly and with honor was important. ☀ Sunday: "прощеное воскресенье" - the day to let go all sadness, give presents and forgive everyone. ☀️ Generally speaking even though now people don't follow all the traditions, Maslenitsa itself is an important part of Russian culture that brings a lot of warm memories.

🥞 MASLENITSA TRADITIONS 🥞 (part 1) Maslenitsa is a busy week if we do everything according to traditions. The main tradition is certainly eating 'blini' - the symbol of Maslenitsa. In general, 'blini' are like pancackes, thiner and bigger. Every day of Maslenitsa week has its own name: ☀ Monday: "встреча" - meeting. There were special songs for meeting the celebration. This day all kinds of public slides, swings, booths for buffoons, tables with sweet dishes were made, some people visited relatives. ☀ Tuesday: "заигрыши" - games. This day was considered great to meet your other half. In the morning young girls and then everyone were invited to go sledding, eat pancakes, also, horse rides were arranged. ☀ Wednesday: "лакомка" - the day of tasty treats. It was the main day for eating blini. This day families would go to mothers-in-law - теща, who would cook a lot of food.

🥞 MASLENITSA 🥞 Maslenitsa week is celebrated this week! Many people know this week as the one when we eat "блины". But what is Maslenitsa? Where does it come from? Maslenitsa is a celebration with very interesting history. ☀️ First of all it is a special harvest festival. The tradition of Maslenitsa dates back to pagan times, and the general idea is theirs. In fact, the significant part of their traditions reaches all the way to the present! ☀ For pagans Maslenitsa was held on spring equinox day (when the day and the night are equal). It marked the end of cold, the symbol itself - 'blin' was actually a depiction of the sun, associated with warmth and harvest. ☀️ Then Christianity came Russia but it did not change the tradition of the celebration. Maslenitsa managed to adapt to this new faith. It became the last festive week before Lent (fasting which precedes Easter). What do people do to celebrate all this?
