My workload sometimes reaches a point where I’m no longer able to manage all the input, which obviously puts me under a great deal of pressure.
However, part of me says that it’s actually a good thing to be busy with something as opposed to having nothing to do and feeling bored.

The bar chart illustrates how four countries, namely the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, and the UK deal with waste.
Overall, it is clear that the Netherlands recycles the majority of its waste, while the UK primarily relies on landfills for waste treatment. Like the UK, Italy and Spain also dump most of their waste in landfills, and incineration is the second most common method. Using waste to produce chemicals, on the other hand, is more common in the Netherlands and the UK.
In the Netherlands, the recycling rate is just below 70%, followed by chemical processing, which accounts for almost 15%. Incineration and landfills account for about 10% and 8%, respectively. In contrast, a staggering 65% of waste is buried underground in the UK, while chemical processing accounts for more than 15%. Recycling is the third most commonly used method, at over 10%, whereas incineration is used for the remaining waste.
In both Italy and Spain, 40% of waste is managed through landfills. Chemical processing is also practiced at similar rates in both countries, just below 20%. Notably, Spain incinerates 30% of its waste, which is roughly 10% more than Italy, and the recycling rates in these countries are over 10% and 20%, respectively.
