1958: British doctor Richard Mackarness publishes Eat Fat and Grow Slim, a title so heretical it challenged everything people believed about diet and weight loss. At a time when everyone “knew” fat made you fat, Mackarness argued the exact opposite: the real fattening substance was carbohydrate, not animal fat. He documented thousands of successful patient cases showing high-fat, low-carb diets producing consistent, effortless weight loss.
The book sold over a million copies because people tried it and it worked. For a short period, Mackarness was vindicated and his approach briefly became mainstream in Britain. Then came the American dietary guidelines, the Seven Countries Study, and the birth of the fat-phobia era.
By the 1970s, Eat Fat and Grow Slim was dismissed as dangerous pseudoscience, and Mackarness himself was labeled a quack despite extensive clinical success. His data didn’t matter; the narrative had shifted and fat was now the enemy.

Cancer represents a respiratory defect. The suppression of oxidation of glucose by anaerobic glycolysis leads directly to cell malfunction.
The biggest misconception is that cancer cells need to be “killed”, as if they possess some type of poison that spreads. This ideology shares similarity with germ theory, in which a virus, with no active metabolism or energy, animates itself to inject its RNA into a human cell. The biochemical absurdity of this scenario is obvious.
As cells begin to loose usable energy, they suffer cell death or starvation. Sustained atrophy causes cell function to become abnormal in that the active living state can not perform critical functions in creating and using hormones, enzymes, and adsorbing water. As this process continues the cells begin to die, and as a last resort begin to multiply uncontrollably to survive. This last response effort to live leads to cell clumping of mistranscribed cells that can not perform any useful function other than be an inert mass. This is called a Tumour.
Tumours are ascribed properties of “spreading” and malignancy by oncology based on the false observation of deranged DNA. This leads to the ideology of attacking the tumour as if it were an infectious agent.
This leads to surgery to remove it, or “destroy” it, as if that will produce a cure by itself. The environment around the cluster is ignored.
