If you’re always cold — cold hands, cold feet, wearing layers while everyone else is comfortable — it’s not just circulation
If you’re always cold — cold hands, cold feet, wearing layers while everyone else is comfortable — it’s not just circulation or genetics. Plant-heavy, low-fat diets starve the body of the dense animal fuel it needs to generate heat. Fat is not optional. Protein is not negotiable. Poor circulation was never the problem. Lack of animal fuel was. When people return to fatty ruminant meat, adequate protein, and real animal nutrition, warmth often comes back naturally — not because of hacks, but because the body finally has the fuel it evolved to run on.

Interesting, not sure why, or if the results have been replicated… Are synthetic mask particles blowing into the wound perhap

Animals in the wild don't have dentists or mouth wash, their mouths are full of bacteria, and yet they don't get tooth decay like modern humans do when eating their natural diet. If you lose your teeth in the wild, you lose the ability to eat, and even defend yourself, and you would usually die. Therefore, any food that causes you to lose your teeth cannot be biologically appropriate for you, and cannot be what we are designed to eat or evolved on long-term. We see this in our pets most distinctly, with dogs and cats, known carnivores, being fed a mostly plant based diet full of human engineered grains that didn't even exist in nature in their current form, let alone in the natural diet of canines and felines. Their teeth get very damaged, just like ours, and they need expensive dental care and products, just like we do. But even in the wild we see this distinction between animals such as bears who opportunistically eat human produced food in certain areas, or even other plant matter such as berries etc in certain regions like mainland USA and Canada, vs polar bears and bears on Kodiak Island who eat much less human and plant food, and predominantly eat other animals. Studies show a clear distinction between the teeth of these individuals, with the polar bears and Kodiak bears showing far better dentition compared to the mainland brown bears who have less access to meat, and more access to human food. Even in human populations, studies from Dr Weston A Price and even Harvard University roughly 100 years ago showed that the indigenous peoples around the world, such as the inuit, had meat perfect dentition without dentists and dental products of the time, compared to westerners who had far worse dentition. Dr Price even showed this degeneration in real time as indigenous people converted over to a more Western plant based diet and saw their dental health decline in a single generation.
