Subject: Nominations for Alumni Meet 2026 Awards
Dear Directors,
You are requested to submit nominations from your respective Schools for the following awards to be conferred during Alumni Meet 2026:
1. Social Service Award
2. Entrepreneur of the Year Award
3. Green Award – for outstanding contributions in environmental protection, renewable energy, sustainability, and related domains.
4. Leadership Award
Please submit one nomination per award category from each School, with following information mentioned below.

Notice Regarding ABC ID and Aadhaar Authentication
1. ABC ID: All students are hereby informed that they must create their Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) ID and update it on the AKTU ERP Portal on an urgent basis.
2. Aadhaar Authentication: Students are required to complete Aadhaar authentication on the AKTU ERP Portal whenever instructed by the Controller of Examinations (COE) Office.
All students are advised to comply with the above instructions within the stipulated timeline to avoid any difficulties in filling out their examination forms.
Mandatory Creation and Updating of ABC ID and Aadhaar Authentication on AKTU ERP Portal
This is to inform you that October 26, 2026 (Monday) will be observed as a holiday on account of Maharishi Valmiki Jayanti.
