Join us tonight for our LAST Community Connect for 2023 🩵 In WA last weekend, residents took to the polling booths to vote in local government elections, and it was fantastic and extremely encouraging to see likeminded Australians take seats in their local Councils. Great news for local communities in these areas, and we think, definitely something to celebrate! Tonight we'll be chatting with some of those who have won a seat at their Council table, and plan to represent their communities and engage at a grass roots level. There will be local government elections in Queensland, Victoria, and NSW in 2024, plus possible bi-elections in other states/territories. The stories of the winning WA Councillors are inspirational and can hopefully encourage others around the country to step up and represent their communities in the same way.
