🔵يكون مباشر بحيث الenergy من الphoton او الsecondary electron رأسا يسوي ionization ل خلايا او biologic macromolecules
🔵كل الexposed cells ب هاي المنطقة الexposed للأشعة
حيصير بيها تغيير مباشر(directly altered)
🔵الي حيصير هو انو الخلية حيصير بيها شحنة
