BAP Token

There are currently over 4 million fiat ATMs in the world and only about 35,000 Crypto ATMs. Some people think the ATMs will faze out, to hedge this possibility we've linked up with a few countries and states to build out communities and have the ATMs act as power and internet beacons for those communities. We already have everything drawn up for the NetZero communities we plan to create. We will use 3D printing technology to create homes out of concrete in about 8hrs for cheap, we can create hundreds of homes in underserved countries in need and give them back the financial power their government has taken away from them. We can give them a stable coin and crypto for trade, bring back the barter system to places like Mali, Africa where they've changed currencies 8 times in the last 50yrs and farmers go broke every 5-10yrs when the currency changes over with the new government. We want to eliminate that by giving them back their power through crypto. We already have contracts to build 1000 homes in Mali, Burkina Faso and Ghana. We will be setting up our ATMs all around the towns we create for power, internet and financial services. As everything goes automated and digital, people can use these as self checkouts at stores and so many functions to our machines aside from financial services. We will be setting up an OTC as well in these areas to help teach anyone who is in need, how to operate the machines and move the crypto as they need. Which leads me to our next endeavor which brought us to Africa to begin with, Gems. Back in 2018 I met with an amazing gentleman who used to help the US Government with the Affordable Homecare Act in the 90s and he himself was building homes and communities for people in Africa (He was born in Mali). In 1992 while he was excavating an area for homes, they uncovered about 3 ton of gems that are only local to Mali. After moving these gems to the US and keeping them in a vault since 1992, they were certified and appraised for about $22m for the whole lot back then. After I explained everything we were building he was so intrigued and he wanted to get involved, but had no liquid capital of his own. So he gave me half of his gems and in-trade I would monetize the whole 3 tons and give him back $10m. Well after about a year and a half of me getting them reappraised a few places, recertifying and finding a place that would wrap them (insurance wrap), I came to find out those gems that were worth $22m in 1992 are now worth $9.7 billion today. So after I told him this, he kept to his word and still gave me half to get them all wrapped, monetized and we will use it for the backing to our bank we will roll out in 2025. He wanted to be on the board and all that fun stuff in his later years, which i of course obliged. So BAP has in possession about $4.2 billion in Gems in a vault. We are waiting to get wrapped and monetized, which isn't cheap at all. Lloyds of London will insure them for $22 million. So once we raise those funds for that project, we will get it wrapped and start to monetize it for our own bank funding! We currently have the amount needed for the launch funds, but we will get the rest insured after the launch as to help grow the ecosystem. So as you can see, BAP is much larger than just a token. The ecosystem we are building will change the world for the better in many ways, and you all will profit from it all. So it costs about $100m to fill 1000 machines for maximum profits. So we take on investors in exchange for a % of a certain number of machines. The other profit % goes to BAP and 10% of all that profit will go to our token holders every quarter. For example; We have one investor giving 50 Million Euro over 5 months for 40% of the profits of 500 machines and BAP will get 60%. So theoretically if, on the low end, each machines makes $50k/yr (Some companies boast their machines makes over $300k a year in profits, BAPs ATMs average about $100k/yr), BAPs 60% is about $12.5m in profits a year to BAP and $1.25 million in dividends to token holders off that one deal, every year for life!! 5m euro of that 50m is going to Bitcoin ATM Pros to build out our payment processing platform and crypto debit card functions for our ATMs and online exchange/Defi marketplace that is underway already, they will get 15% of the profits of our PPP for that 5m. And another 5m of that goes to building out our own Metaverse and AI technology for a better ATM experience to strive to be the best ATMs on the market. We currently have 4 different teams of developers building these platforms out and will be done with all but the Metaverse by summer. The Metaverse will take some time for sure. We have another investor giving $5m for 50% of the profits of 50 machines. Another for $20 million for 50% of 400 machines. We have about 1500 machines spoken for already for funding and about half have a home in mind already. The funding needed to launch 2000 ATMs and have our token go live by summer will be received within the next 4 months. It will take us about a year to roll out and place 2000 machines. But once the first 2000 machines are cooking, BAP will be bringing in about $125 million a year and BAP token holders will be receiving 10% of that, year after year! Launch Funding: Once we reach Round 8 we are contracted to have a major investor fund the token launch to market. He will be taking some of our gem assets to collateralize everything. They will be supplying the Ethereum for the liquidity to launch at $0.58 plus the buy back feature. We will be offering a buy back option for anyone who wishes to sell their tokens back before market launch. This is obviously to curb the sharp flux in marketcap to ensure token price rises when we hit market and doesn't fall as there won't be a big sell off once its launched cause everyone who wanted to sell their tokens will have already sold them in the buy back period once we are in Round 10. We have an agreement with a few companies like Duty Free to place a machine in each of their over 3000 locations. So what we've been doing the last 6 months is going to places all over the world and setting up placement agreements for all these machines, making sure the locations are good, where would it go and so on. We are certified to place machines in 7-Eleven as well. We also have a few agreements with major supermarket chains in the US and in Europe for placement. Once we start placing at each location we will reveal the name of the supermarkets. You have to understand in an industry so new and competitive, revealing future locations could be a huge downfall if someone else takes locations you have your eye on. So we reserve that info for an “after the fact” announcement in some cases. We are very close with the owner of Duty Free and already have an agreement in place for all their locations to have a BAP ATM in once our machines are available. We've been in heavy talks with Procter and Gamble the last 3 months to set up a QR code with a few bucks in Bitcoin in the item and place that QR code on a line of products, so they will have to go to our machines to cash it out. We also have an LOI from someone in that conversation to fund another 1000 machines with this plan in mind. That would be amazing obviously, we are working out the specifics on that deal currently, but it's not set in stone quite yet.

I wanted to give a nice refresher on what it is we are about, what BAP token represents and info on our utilities and what else we are building within our ecosystem. Bitcoin ATM Pros is building out several companies under its umbrella in the crypto and financial industries, respectively. Bitcoin ATM Pros (BAP) was formed in 2017 and has acquired several million in banking licenses, permits and regulations. Which can be found at Fincen.gov. BAP token is a residual income/profit sharing smart contract token. Which means token holders will make profits from our utilities, which are our Bitcoin ATMs and Over The Counter Crypto Exchanges. BAP has pledged that every quarter BAP token holders will receive a share of 10% of the profits of the Bitcoin ATMs and OTC's as long as they hold BAP tokens during that previous quarter. Last dividend payout was double the previous payout. Weve paid out $149k in tokens AND $90k in ETH to holders in our first 3 quarters!! 🎉 While our focus is taking care of our BAP holders, that's not our main source of income. And I know you would rather make money, then be told how you are going to make money. We aren't looking for a ton of holders in the beginning, even though it will happen eventually and we happily welcome all new BAP holders to the family. We want our early holders to really capitalize on getting in before things really get crazy and give yourself the best opportunity to get the maximum amount of tokens while they're still around. Once the tokens run out, we will be paying those few thousand token holders a share of thousands of Bitcoin ATMs and over the counter exchanges in Ethereum. Our focus is generating funds for our Bitcoin ATMs to grow our collection to have more profits for our holders. The BAP token is an ERC20 smart contract token. We will be evolving the token itself into a trustless trading platform for businesses to trade and transfer funds both crypto and fiat using the BAP token smart contract, along with several other uses, like helping transfer all our Ethereum transfers from our ATMs to our wallets. As of October 2021 the factory we found in 2019 started making us 2000 Crypto ATM machines based on our own design and functions that many other Bitcoin ATMs don't have, to help consumers. We will start receiving them this month at a rate of 300 machines per month until we have all 2000. We already have a standby order of 8000 machines when we are ready for them to be made as well. We will be placing these along with our OTCs around the world in several countries. We have already been to several of the places and have hundreds of locations set up around the globe, ready to receive a machine. We will release the info of locations as we get closer to placing each batch. We have about a dozen agreements in place for ATM funding. Let me explain a little bit about how our process works at BAP as a Bitcoin ATM company and what I mean by ATM funding. We on average, put $100k in each machine, $5k to $10k fiat on the front end and $10k each of 8-9 crypto currencies on the backend, BTC, LTC, ETH, BAP ect ect.
