This right here is why channels keep shutting down and people keep saying they don't like Trump right now. For the parents out there I would highly encourage you to READ through ALL of the paperwork to sign your children up for school. It literally says in that paperwork (and in hospital paperwork) that you are relinquishing parental rights while they are in their custody. The school or hospital becomes the parent.
