Here's proof that the government knows how to verify your address when they want to. I typed in my normal address for my wife's passport renewal and low and behold they ask me to verify the CASS suggested address is mine. So when the elections officials tell you that the address must be added to their system as entered, that is a load of horse sh^t. You can bet if it comes down to really indentifying who you are for the sake of revenue collection (ie TAXES), the government will not only get your address right, but they will also geocode the boundaries of your property in case they need to fly a plane over and check if you added a shed in your back yard. And then the same election official not asking to verifying your address, will ask you to sign-up to vote-by-mail 🙄
