✨🎊AASTU Tech Fest 2024 – Important Attendee Information🎊✨ We are delighted to welcome you as our attendees and cannot wait to amaze you at the Tech Fest on April 17th. Before the event, we have some essential information to share with you to enhance your experience during the fest. ⚠️ The event is open for everyone, its not necessary for only AASTU students. ✨Attendance Details: 🪪 Identification: Please carry a valid ID for identification purposes upon entry. NO ID means, NO entry to the event. 📍Venue: AASTU's New Graduation Hall (New Auditorium), NB: The Event hall is right outside the campus. Google Map: https://goo.gl/maps/H4TznAsD5WhiY755A 🔴NB: For those of you coming outside of AASTU, The Event hall is not in the campus of AASTU rather outside the campus. Use Google map linked here 👉Entry: Access is available through the AASTU main gate. The Main gate is specifically located on the venue from Koye Feche square to Meshulakiya. 🔴NB: Thoes coming from outside of AASTU don't use the Tuludimtu gate. ❌ DONOT Use TULUDIMTU gates 🕒 Time: The event begins at 3:00 AM local time in the morning (9:00 AM). We kindly ask that you arrive by 3:30 AM Local time (9:30 AM) to facilitate a smooth registration process. 🚘Parking: There is no designated parking at the venue. We recommend parking within the campus premises. 👉Additional Information: ⚠️Given the location of our campus, we advise departing approximately an hour in advance to ensure timely arrival. ⚠️For your convenience and support, student volunteers have been allocated with care. They will be available throughout the event and can assist you with logistics, information, and any other needs you might have. 🎊We are committed to making AASTU Tech Fest 2024 a memorable and valuable experience for you and look forward to welcoming you.
