✅ OBC-NCL Certificate Financial Year 2026–27 का होना चाहिए।
✅ यह 01 April 2026 से 13 August 2026 के बीच जारी (issued) होना चाहिए।
✅ यह FY 2025–26 की आय के आधार पर होना चाहिए।
अगर नया OBC-NCL Certificate अभी नहीं बना है:
आवेदन करते समय पुराना OBC-NCL Certificate + Renewal/Application Receipt (Acknowledgement) अपलोड कर सकते हैं।
लेकिन बाद में AIIMS द्वारा बताए गए समय के भीतर नया वैध OBC-NCL Certificate जमा करना अनिवार्य होगा, नहीं तो OBC का दावा रद्द हो सकता है।

NORCET-11 के Official Notification के अनुसार
✅ EWS Certificate 01 April 2026 से 13 August 2026 के बीच जारी (issued) होना चाहिए और Financial Year 2026–27 के लिए वैध होना चाहिए। यह FY 2025–26 की आय के आधार पर बना होना चाहिए.
यानी:

📅 Certificate Issue Date: 01-04-2026 से 13-08-2026
📅 Last Valid Date for application: 13 August 2026 (5:00 PM)
अगर आपका EWS 1 अप्रैल 2026 से पहले बना है, तो वह NORCET-11 के लिए मान्य नहीं होगा।
