Yesterday afternoon I inserted my jio sim in New 5g device (iqoo Neo 7) and used 5g net until evening, for some reasons I again removed the sim and kept into the old phone which is 4g, and after sometime again I kept the sim in 5g phone, thereafter I can't able to get 5g net, only 4g or 4g+ is showing.
