COVID CON & Beyond! 🙂

Fasting, Autophagocytosis, DNA Repair, Stem Cells & More Obviously with today's family tragedy I don't feel like fasting... Being real, I should probably break this fast. Being stubborn, I'm going to keep fasting because I'm into ketosis and autophagocytosis and likely DNA repair by this point...and because physically I feel good even though my heart is heavy with grief. From 9pm last night until 8am this morning I was up interfacing with emergency teams in a vain effort to remedy an extensive amount of blood clots, renal failure, and ultimately complete system failure. It just sucks. So now that the adrenaline is wearing off and I can feel the fast again, I'm going to take a nap and let my body heal. I'll talk a bit more tomorrow about some of what I want to share about fasting. For now know that it is the most effective natural therapy known and that it must be prepared for in order to unlock it's potential. 28 Hour Mark⏰ Ketosis ramping up. This tells me 2 things. First, that my body is quickly adapting to the use of ketone bodies for energy production so my metabolism is good thanks to being calorie responsible and practicing Intermittent Fasting.🤙🏽 Second, that autophagocytosis is ramping up as it correlates with ketosis. When ketosis peaks, so will autophagocytosis. 41 Hour Mark⏰ Ketone breath meter has gone from 3 to 13 and now dropped a small amount to 10. Ketone urine strip has remained steady at 80 ng/dl confirming that I'm in ketosis. Which Day Is The Hardest? For me, Day 2 is always the hardest and this will be a Day 2 I never forget.😥 Still, now every time I fast, I will remember my cousin and the good woman she was and the good soul she is. No one ever dies.❤️ Day 2 is typically when the shift into ketosis really ramps up. So, there can be stomach cramps as the stomach shrinks and a woozy feeling when it comes to concentration as it takes time for the brain to transition from glucose to ketones for energy. It's best to lie down and do some meditation and move slow on Day 2, so that's what I'll be doing for the rest of the day. Just let my body do what it knows to do. Fasting, Autophagocytosis, DNA Repair, Stem Cells & More I've been an avid fan of fasting for more that 23 years and you've probably heard me talking about it over the past 3 years a lot!❤️ Early on I didn't know that this was the most powerful natural means of healing, as I did it more for spiritual pursuits. Heck, once I fasted for over 30 consecutive days! What I Wish The World Knew When I teach about vaccines I start here: https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/pubs/pinkbook/downloads/appendices/b/excipient-table-2.pdf The media and excipient summary gives the list of ingredients. To which I then ask... "Would you let your child drink this concoction if it were on a spoon?" So why then would you let someone inject it into your child when they don't have to live with the consequences? The CDC and FDA continue to revise the published list down in attempts to eliminate things like Thimerosal. Of course, the FDA also confirms that thimerosal can be added post production to any shot without needing to be labeled...but that's not the point. The point is that most docs get paid a lot of bonus blood money to ensure a large percentage of their patient population is shot many times over. The point is that most docs and nurses and now harmacists don't know what they are injecting and next to none have ever even read an insert, let alone know how to enter a VAERS record, let alone how to recognize what an actual injury from getting shot even looks like. It gets even worse when you consider that first responders for SIDS and SADS have the same limitations. They have no idea what they are looking at and because they have accepted the lie, it can't be the very thing they've been injecting for decades? To ponder that question would mean having integrity rather than being infected by greed at the expense of ethics. The point is that few are aware of 42 USC 300aa-11 and -22 that gives full immunity for the harmaceutical industry so they can lie to and defraud everyone who neglects to do their own research. Shouldn't every person know what's in the shot? Shouldn't every person know how often the shot fails to protect? Shouldn't every person know how many people have been injured and killed by the shot? And shouldn't every person know all of this at a minimum BEFORE they make a decision? The issue with the c shots and the new shots like RSV is that as of now these death sentences can be brought to market with fraudulent testing and no real oversight.
