Anyone practice an energy work system? I saw Gilbert of vesica offers a course but I'm curious how effective it is.

It begets the question, of how does iron and Sulphur become Silicon and Oxygen. I then found if I rounded to nearest integer that Iron / 2 = 28 a.m.u. and Sulphur / 2 = 16 a.m.u. I then coined a term 'halflets'. It fits nicely. It seems to explain why so much quartz on surface of earth. For the elements were only waves to begin with.
