Lifelong Learning I will fail, learn, and repeat. If knowledge makes you arrogant, you are not wise. I have read this somewhere. The more I deepened my knowledge about Fundamental analysis, the more I became rigid to accept the other side of the table. Thanks to the book, Thinking in Bets by Annie Duke. This book is not about investing. But the concept has hit on my head like a baseball bat. Never ever I became so desparate to know other sides of investing. "When the student is ready, the master appears". I was listening to an interview of Rajshekhar Iyer over YouTube. He is less-known, very successful and long term investor. In this interview he recommended a book. By Stan Weinstein. I bought the book and got hooked with this book for next week. Stage analysis is now deeply ingrained in my braincells. Out of the big universe of stock, I would have considered those business with ROCE> 15. That was early time. Solid foundation. Later, I learnt about capital allocation is the litmus test of business. And ROIIC is the litmus paper. Another notch up. Thanks to Terry Smith and others who refined my thought process. The businesses which passed these levels, will be tested by the theory of Stan Weinstein..Thanks to him. This is where I am now. Hopefully, my journey continues and in this process... I will fail, learn and repeat. And the knowledge compounding continues.. I wish to remain humble, and embrace humility in this journey. And hope to share this journey with you all. Thank you for supports. As always 🙏

Good times! After a while, PE of Nifty 50 is at 20. It is slightly below the historical average. More fall from this level will make the market more attractive. Hope you are happy and eagerly waiting for more falls! What's your feeling, you may write in the comment.

Growth Rate After you watched the video, you are now in a position to clearly understand which capex is justified. You have also learned how you can calculate the rate of capex any company is doing. In that video, the calculation of capex rate is clearly illustrated. If you wondered why capex rate is important, it shows you the invisible path of its profit growth in future. Expected rate of growth= Capex rate x Return on Capital Hope you have enjoyed learning this concept. I am not sure if all the paid courses on investing teaches this. Pat yourself on your back if you have taken pain to watch something and practice. Because you are making small progress gradually over the crowd who are watching ticker price moving ups and downs.
