If you really want to achieve a goal, then all of your inputs must change permanently to achieve that output. Your nutrition, your environment, your learning, your choices. That's your new life. Your old self must die. If it doesn't, you will fall back into the place you left.

You need work that doesn't feel like work. Goals that test your limits. Ideas that make people think you're crazy, because maybe you are, and maybe you should be in a world that's afraid to be anything but normal. Do everything in your power to avoid the soulless default life.
