দীর্ঘদিন প্রতীক্ষার অবসান । অবশেষে প্রকাশিত হতে চলেছে মাদ্রাসা সার্ভিস কমিশনের মাধ্যমে শিক্ষক নিয়োগ পরীক্ষার ( 7th SLST) ফাইনাল রেজাল্ট । বরাবরই চাকরির পরীক্ষার রেজাল্ট আমাদের সকলের উত্তেজনাকে কয়েকগুণ বাড়িয়ে দেয়। Answer Keys method রেজাল্ট প্রকাশের পূর্বেই আমাদের প্রাথমিক পূর্বাভাস দেয় , তবুও সেটা সব ক্ষেত্রে মেলে না ।
যে কোনো পরীক্ষায় যত সংখ্যক পরীক্ষার্থী থাকে ঠিক তত সংখ্যক বৈচিত্র্য থাকে , যেমনটি আমাদের ক্লাসরুমেও রয়েছে ।
ন্যূনতম কিছু সংখ্যক ভ্যাকেন্সির নিরিখে যেহেতু যে কোনো চাকরির পরীক্ষা সম্পন্ন হয়, তাই জিত-হারের সমীকরণে সাময়িক ভাবে হেরে যাওয়ার পাল্লাটাই অনেক বেশি থাকে । তাই মেধা থাকলেই সবক্ষেত্রে সফলতা আসবে এমনটা হয় না । কারণ সমীকরণটা বড্ড জটিল ফ্রাকশনাল নাম্বারের পার্থক্যে রেজাল্টের আকাশ-পাতাল ফারাক হয়ে যায়। ঠিক এই কারণেই চাকরির পরীক্ষার সাথে আমরা ভাগ্য কথাটাকে জুড়ে দি । কারণ ফলাফলটা চরম এবং অপরিবর্তিত । আমাদের কিচ্ছু করার থাকে না ।
ক্লাসরুমের প্রত্যেকের জন্য ফলাফল আলাদা আলাদা হবে কিন্তু সব ক্ষেত্রেই মান দুটি । হয় পাশ, নয় ফেল । জীবনে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হতে হলে একাধিক ব্যর্থতা আসে তবে এটাও নিশ্চিত যদি ব্যর্থতা থেকে শিক্ষা নিয়ে সংগ্রামটা জারি রাখা যায় দিনের শেষে সফলতা মেলে । আর এই কথাটি সকল সফলের জন্য প্রযোজ্য ।
তাই ফলাফল যাই হোক নিজের মনবলকে শক্ত করে এগিয়ে চলার শক্তিটাকে সব্বাই বাঁচিয়ে রেখো কারণ জিত-হারের সমীকরণে জিততে তোমাকে হবেই । ধন্যবাদ।
