Restored roof in Цупівка / Cupivka village, Charkiv region. House 15 This is the house in which grandpa Petro Markovyč lives. We met him on the street during our visit to the village, he was deeply saddened and could not hold back tears, because of the war and its consequences. There was an explosion near his house, a partially destroyed wall near the foundation. The roof was also damaged and the windows were broken. We decided to help and restore the roof. Now his house is protected, the roof does not leak. Grandpa was very impressed and grateful for the help. We bought and handed over a Drone DJI Matrice TB30 worth €8180. 25 cars for the military! Over the period from May to December, we bought, repaired, and handed over 25 cars, including a bus, for the military in different regions of Ukraine. These cars have been used in various areas of the front line, along the northern border, and in the operations aimed at liberating territories in the east and south of the country. We bought three sets of jerk cables, which be used to pull cars out of the mud with heavy equipment, without the risk that the cable will break the glass or the car will crash another. One was handed over to the battalion «Свобода», the other 2 we will soon handed over to the artillery of 72nd Separate Mechanized Brigade «Чорні Запорожці» and to 3rd Separate Assault Brigade. In summer, Volkswagen Transporter T4 became our main vehicle. Since then, our team has made many trips to different regions of Ukraine helping the military and civilians. We rode across the fields and through the woods, we were towed on sand and drove off-road. Now we travel in our van to Charkiv region where our group restores roofs destroyed by the war. Restored roof in Прудянка / Prudianka village, Charkiv region. House 14 The village is located not far from Слатине / Slatyne, where we are already restoring the roofs. Прудянка / Prudianka village was heavily damaged shelling during hostilities. This is the first house in which we restored the roof in this village. A family that was forced to leave temporarily lives here. A projectile hit the yard next to the house, which destroyed the roof and broke the windows and partially damaged the walls, and also destroyed the car. We gave the material to the owner and he worked with his relatives. Work continues and other houses are in the process. Restored roof of school in Макарове / Makarove village, Charkiv region. This village is located near the border with russia. It was under occupation and people lived in isolation. Recently, we wrote that we brought gifts for children to an improvised school in a private house. After the main school was destroyed as a result of hostilities, the teacher organized a school in a private house. 7 children study here. This house was also damaged by shelling. People themselves repaired the roof as best they could. Now the children and the teacher are in a house with a new roof. For them, it is a great gift for the holidays. We restored the roof of the granny’s house, as well as the roof of the neighbor's house on the same street. She was surprised by the quick help and very grateful. There was a shelling near the house, which destroyed the roof of the building. The roof was leaking and the interior of their home suffered from this very much. Restored roof in Слатине / Slatyne village, Charkiv region. House 10 At first glance it could seem that no one lived there. We saw smoke coming from the chimney, which meant people still lived in the house. The house had been wrecked by the hostilities. It had partially broken walls and the roof was heavily damaged. We were told there was still a projectile in the wall, but the owner had been advised not to remove it so that it wouldn't explode. We decided to help the family with the restoration of the roof. The owners still has a lot of work to do to restore the house, but they put in order what they could. Now there is already a roof and the house is preserved and they can do other restoration works. After meeting the incredible teacher Natalia Oleksandrivna and visiting her improvised school in a private house, we immediately realized that we want to help improve the learning conditions for children. Today we disrupted a bit the educational process at school and made a surprise for the children for St. Nicholas Day. Thanks to donations from our friends and caring people, we brought sweets, books, 7 tablets to the children and a laptop for the teacher, thanks to which they will be able to study online. Thanks to the new gadgets, these children will catch up with the curriculum, as they hadn’t been studying since February and spent the summer in occupation in basements, hiding from shelling. Together with @theater_hopes_expectations we are continuing to build a house for a large family in Слобода Кухарська / Sloboda Kucharska village, Kyiv region. The foundation for the new house is ready. Finished works: a pile foundation for the main building, a strip foundation for the foyer, and a slab for the stove.
