House 106 Restored roof in Слатине / Slatyne village, Charkiv region. A family lives in this house, a young couple with a child, a father and a granny. A rocket hit the roof of the house, pierced everything and got stuck in the floor without exploding. The roof of the house was destroyed, because of this, the interior of the house was badly damaged over time. The owners dismantled the rubble and cleaned it on the territory. The house needed major repairs and it was necessary to make a complete roof. Now the owners have a new roof, they are happy and grateful for the help. They still have a lot of restoration work to do, but the house is covered and saved from further destruction. 202 m3 of firewood were provided to the residents of Олександрівка / Oleksandrivka village, Cherson region. In January 2023, we were in the Cherson region, in the villages that are suffering as a result of the war. Oleksandrivka village is located on the border of the Cherson and Mykolajiv regions on the shore of the estuary. The village was under occupation and in the middle of hostilities for a long time, as a result of which it has been suffering greatly. In this region, due to the war, the situation with firewood is difficult, so it was important to help people in winter. Immediately after the trip, we decided to help and provide firewood to the residents of 80 houses in the village for the whole heating season. The firewood was delivered in January, but we are reporting on it now.
