"Where the experience of the Spirit in the Church and in the faithful grows weak, there appears a Church which is predominantly juridical and institutional, or a religious life characterized by an exaggerated individualism. It is not because the presence of Christ apart from the Spirit produces these phenomena - as some Western theologians and even some Orthodox authors hold - for Christ does not in fact abide in the Church and in the faithful apart from the Spirit. Rather it is because He is conceived either as a remote figure Who has left behind a vicar to guide the Church (Catholicism), or else as the One Who allows each believer to guide himself according to the reasonings of his own conscience (Protestantism)."

I repent for any and all instances of my using the phrase “Pseudo-Dionysius” in previous posts and videos. This book by
@ScriptoriumP
completely exposes the sham of modern academia’s take on the authenticity of the Dionysian corpus. Holy St. Dionysius, forgive me and pray for us sinners.
This channel will be deleted when Lent begins. Thank you all for the participation and conversations. I will still be reachable on Telegram and via email 🙏🏻

"The heretics mutually lacerate each other by turns, when they lead one another into their own proper sects; nevertheless, each of them bands together with each other, so that they might contend against the Church by the same spirit of error, and those who are divided among themselves are united at the same time in opposition to the Church."
