He says he watched the protocols, the remdesivir line, the inflated figures, and the payback for anyone who questioned it. He opened a free clinic through his church for the people the system had turned away. He told the panel the treatments they censored, ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, vitamin D, zinc, were what he saw working. That’s his account. Not a finding. California just posted a record: 1,235 assisted suicide deaths in 2025. That’s up from 495 in 2020 — almost 150% in five years. Since the law passed in 2016, 6,758 people have died this way. In 2025, they also wrote 1,839 lethal prescriptions — hundreds more than the deaths they counted. The state’s own report says the top reasons were not mainly uncontrolled pain: • 96% — less able to do things that make life enjoyable • 95% — loss of autonomy • 84% — loss of dignity Nearly 93% were 60 or older, and most were already on hospice. They call it compassion. The numbers say it’s becoming ordinary. When a society starts treating frailty as a reason to die, the sick stop being patients and start being a cost. A recent Consumer Reports investigation tested 48 packaged baby foods for contaminants, including heavy metals, phthalates and microplastics. The finding that really stands out? Parent’s Choice Stage 1 Carrot Purée sold at Walmart contained an estimated 814,589 microplastic particles in a single 113-gram serving. And it wasn’t an isolated result. Consumer Reports found evidence of microplastics in all 15 purées it tested for them, with particle counts varying dramatically between products. There are currently no regulatory limits for microplastics in food, according to Consumer Reports. Researchers are still working to understand what repeated exposure may mean for human health. Parents deserve to know what’s being found in the products they feed their children.
