No matter what you're going through good or bad, always say Alhamdulillah, because gratitude brings peace, and trusting Allah brings strength. Even in the hardest moments, there's a blessing hidden. Never stop being thankful. Rasulullah ﷺ said, "How wonderful is the affair of the believer, for his affairs are all good, and this applies to no one but the believer. If something good happens to him, he is thankful for it and that is good for him." If something bad happens to him, he bears it with patience and that is good for him." [Sahih Muslim 2999]

On the authority of Abu Dharr, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to me: "Fear Allah wherever you are, and follow up an evil deed with a good one which will wipe it out, and treat people with good character." I hope we teach our kids that Islam is not here to confine us — it is here to protect us. Every haram is a shield, not a shackle. Just like a seatbelt that restricts a little but saves your life, the limits Allah sets are meant to guard our hearts, our dignity, and our future. Allah’s love is far greater than the love we have for ourselves. He doesn’t want us to walk into the fire of our own mistakes, because sometimes the pain we feel is the pain we create through choices that lead us away from Him. 🔹 As Allah reminds us: “And do not throw yourselves into destruction with your own hands.”Surah al-Baqarah 2:195 He protects us not to limit us — but to lift us, guide us, and bring us safely back to Him.

These are three main supplications Habib Ali Zaenal Abidin Al-Hamid shared: 🌿 حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ Hasbunallāhu wa ni‘mal-wakīl — “Sufficient for us is Allāh, and He is the best Disposer of affairs.” 🌿 لَّا إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا أَنتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ Lā ilāha illā anta, subḥānaka innī kuntu minaz-zālimīn — The supplication of Prophet Yunus ‘alaihissalam. 🌿 أُفَوِّضُ أَمْرِي إِلَى اللَّهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بَصِيرٌ بِالْعِبَادِ Ufawwiḍu amrī ilallāh, innallāha baṣīrun bil-‘ibād — “I entrust my affair to Allāh; indeed Allāh is All-Seeing of His servants.”

In essence, they stressed the importance of offering dhikr, emotional support, and practical resources to those who feel low, reminding them that their lives matter and that living is honouring the life Allāh entrusted to them. Simple actions like checking in on someone and showing sincere concern can revive a person’s spirit. All in all, life will never be free from tests. Thus, one should maintain a strong spiritual routine: recite Qur’an and ratib regularly, seek guidance from a teacher, and prioritise spiritual nourishment over unnecessary spending. Above all, consistently reaching out to others with sincere care helps strengthen hearts and build resilience.

Habib Sholeh al-Jufri emphasised that true jihad—whether in seeking knowledge or earning a livelihood— must be done with complete sincerity for Allāh. He reminded that whoever gains Allāh gains everything, and that worldly matters hold no worth except through Him. Because of this, one must always check their motivations: for whom are we truly doing our deeds? Habib Sholeh also highlighted that those who die in the path of Allāh must embody sincerity, patience, and accountability. A person cannot flee the battlefield and still claim jihad fisabilillah. Even martyrdom does not erase debts, showing how heavy our responsibilities towards other people are and the importance of safeguarding human rights. Ustaz Irwan Hadi spoke on nurturing the soul and sustaining hope amidst rising struggles. He shared how the Prophet ﷺ addressed a man seeking permission to commit zina— by guiding him through reflection and then praying for him— demonstrating the Prophet’s compassionate psychological approach. Habib Ali explained the emotional burdens of al-hamm (anxiety) and al-huzn/al-ghamm (sorrow), linking them to Qur’anic reminders not to fear poverty, for Allāh is the Provider. He encouraged turning to powerful supplications as divine sources of comfort and relief.

🤦🏽‍♂️ assalamualaikum wrmth wbrkth, i have seen this video online & i really disagree about whatever that this content creator is talking about. honestly, when people start bashing him about his food that he is selling, i was feeling sympathetic towards him, but when he talks abt all this matter, i’m like out of words. you don’t know the total costing for them to travel all those needs + rationally, if they do not start this chain, who would? you? if you did, alhamdulillah. but all in all, i feel that, people have to realise that travelling food to these countries in need is never easy, and they need as much money as possible, so please, appreciate their effort, instead of calculating for them 😂 jangan jadi jenis melayu yang dengki dengan melayu. Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "He who believes in Allah and the Last Day must either speak good or remain silent." [Riyadh As Salihin 1511, Muslim]. remember this, "Astaghfirullah" is not just a phrase on the tongue, but a soft knock on the heart that asking Allah to let light in again.

normalize saying "Alhamdulillah" when life feels heavy because gratitude brings peace even before change does.

As we enter the blessed month of Jumada al-Akhir, we welcome the birth month of our noble mother, Sayyidatuna Fatimah az-Zahra’ Radhiyallahu Ta‘ala ‘Anha. She is the epitome of modesty, shyness, and true beauty. In Jannah, even the hūr al-‘ayn lower their gaze out of awe and reverence for her— for her beauty was earned through her humility, simplicity, and taqwa in this dunya. رضي الله عن فاطمة الزهراء وأرضاها 🌸

https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSfh8vLE6 ••• everything that Allah does, is for our own good, whether we like it or not, it is definitely; for our own benefits. indeed, we always plan, but He plans best. we often forget Him when we are happy, but remembers Him when we’re sad. when actually, He never forgets and abandon us. wallahu ‘alam.
