TEA TIME TIP How often should you water and feed corn? Corn is a plant that’s know as a “massive feeder”. That means it requires LOTS of regular fertiliser and also LOTS of water. As a general rule, corn should be watered every day and fertilised either every two weeks with a liquid all purpose fertiliser or every month with a solid (pellets or spreadable) fertiliser. This way you’ll get maximum growth, flowering and yield. So feed your corn like it’s a hungry teenage boy and water it like it’s a drunken sailor. #becksbasics
