Starting the week with a RECIPE! 💛 🐔 DIY CHICKEN, PUMPKIN & TOFU PATTIES 🐾 You only need: 🐔 230g minced chicken 🎃 100g pumpkin 🥬 1 large stalk kale or broccoli (can omit) 🤍 50g plain tofu 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese (optional) METHOD 1️⃣ Finely chop or grate the veggies. 2️⃣ Add everything to a bowl and mix well. 3️⃣ Shape into small patties- ours are around 4cm wide and 1cm thick. 4️⃣ Cook in a non-stick pan over medium heat for around 2 minutes on the first side, then flip and cook for another minute. 5️⃣ Add a few tablespoons of water, cover the pan and let the patties steam for around 5 minutes, or until completely cooked through. Prefer the oven? Bake at 180°C for around 8-10 minutes, or until fully cooked through. Allow to cool completely before serving. 💛 ❄️ Storage: Keep refrigerated for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 1 month. As always, treats and toppers should be fed in moderation and adjusted to suit your pup’s usual diet. 🐶
