Hereās the report:
https://portal.ct.gov/-/media/SOTS/ElectionServices/StatementOfVote_PDFs/2020-SOV.pdf
Notice two towns are missing in section starting page 110.
169 towns, 167 listed. Missing New Canaan and North Branford.
Her resignation 6/28 follows after some intense scrutiny was applied to her Statement/Certification of the Vote. Two towns missing and other errors and omissions of consequence. I believe she received multiple memes by outraged citizens across a number of platforms.
Stay tuned!
This is a sealed transcript from GA from October 2020 involving Raffsenberger and Dominion and the use of uncertified machines. Given all of the eye balls we have on the problem now, imagine if something like this were to happen for the mid-terms? https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.gand.240678/gov.uscourts.gand.240678.935.0.pdf

Here is coincidence. EAC hires two experts in 2019. One from CO who now reports in EAC to a former state employee from CO. The new hire used to work for a CO based election machine company, Dominion. None of this is illegal of course. The appearance of impropriety is worth considering?. https://www.cyberscoop.com/election-commission-hires-2-tech-experts-testing-certification-program/

Just posting this here...you may want to look into it a bit more. Perhaps the CT peeps can comment. https://www.nbcconnecticut.com/news/local/connecticut-secretary-of-state-to-resign-citing-ill-husband/2815636/
A better election integrity āCold Openā
I have been exploring a bunch of rabbit holes lately and have come to the following conclusion.
The mantra of the election integrity movement should NOT be: āGet rid of the machines.ā
Rather it should be: āGet rid of the computer code.ā
Code should not exist at any point in the voting process and by saying āGet rid of the codeā, we ensure that no future ābetterā technology comes along that replaces the machines.
No code in registration, no code in voting, no code in tabulation, no code in reporting.
The conversation at the local level then becomes pretty simple. We do not want ANY voting solution that involves computer code.
NIST ā E-Poll Book Security Problems White Paper
https://tsapps.nist.gov/publication/get_pdf.cfm?pub_id=906172
āThe precise order in which the voters arrive at the polling place is likely to be recorded by the electronic poll books at the check-in table. This information can (but should not) be used in conjunction with the order in which ballots are being cast, which may be obtained either from the optical scanner or from the DRE machines. Having the two orders, every cast vote may be easily traceable to a certain voter, or to a small number of voters, violating the secrecy of the ballot. It is considerably more difficult to design and implement a system that does NOT record the time of important actions such as voter check-in or ballot casting, than to have a voting system that DOES record the time stamp. Recording the time stamp usually occurs as a side effect of other actions such as the creation of a file...Removing this option may be very difficult.ā
Scytl ā Source Code Security Breach ā Internet Voting
https://www.vice.com/en/article/zmakk3/researchers-find-critical-backdoor-in-swiss-online-voting-system
I know we are focused on machines, but another part of the next wave of cheaters is on-line web browser-based voting. In Switzerland, it failed miserably.
This is a Scytl product. Look at this web page, it looks so convenientā¦ā¦ā¦
https://www.scytl.com/
āWe have only examined a tiny fraction of this code base and found a critical, election-stealing issue.ā
What other problems does Scytl have in our election night reporting systems? Oh, we donāt know because we canāt see that source code either.
Here is an idea, NO COMPUTER CODE used in our elections, period. Non-negotiable. It does not matter what the platform is: machines, mobile apps, internet voting.
NO CODE.
Voatz Blockchain and Byrne
I like sticking to the data, but I have to ask. Why is Overstock Patrick Byrne investing 2.2MM dollars in 2018 in Voatz mobile phone voting?
https://www.wsj.com/articles/overstocks-founder-bets-on-blockchain-not-bedsheets-1542969001
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voatz
Best I can tell Pelion Venture Capital now owns Medici which was Overstocks technology investment division. If someone knows Byrne, please ask him.
Is he still investing in mobile phone voting technology?
It was already rolled out in UT, coincidentally enoughā¦. in 2016ā¦.hmmm.

Pro V&V determined in 2020 that apparently Voatz is compliant with 2015 VVSG.

Here is the 47 page technical report from Pro V&V.

Folks, the cheaters are already planning the next cheat. Do you think if we get rid of the current election machines it all ends there?
Sorry, but I donāt think so. There will be pressure to use phones to vote once the machine fraud is main stream.
No excuses, we need to get ahead of this right now.
Dominion Patents Assigned to HSBC
This occurred in 2019.
Here is a list of the patents Dominion used as collateral and handed over to HSBC Bank of Canada
https://legacy-assignments.uspto.gov/assignments/assignment-pat-50500-236.pdf
HSBC Bank of Canada is formerly the Hongkong Bank of Canada which is a subsidiary of HSBC

HSBS traces itās origin to the British Bank in Hong Kong
Your votes are counted using technology owned by a foreign bank. Sound like a good idea?
Repost from TheStormHasArrived17
As the entire world watches & waits for Maricopa County to make their next move, letās review how the Maricopa County Recorder, Stephen Richer, reacted after the 2020 election.
Itās hilarious that he invokes Mark Finchem in this panic-ridden rant, because Finchem just won the primary and will be the next AZ Secretary of State.
These crooks have been digging their holes deeper & deeper over the past 2 years and now there is no way out.
Bottom line is that these people know they are going to jail when Kari Lake is governor.

āChinese manufacturers can be forced to cooperate with requests from Chinese intelligence officials to share any information about the technology and therefore pose a risk for U.S. companies, NBC News analyst Frank Figliuzzi, a former assistant director of the FBI for counterintelligence, said. That could include intellectual property, such as source code, materials or blueprints. There is also the concern of machines shipped with undetected vulnerabilities or backdoors that could allow tampering.ā
