Time to evaluate my performance against my targets: 1) Interview - Improved a lot. Jump for 154 to 195, made all the difference. 2. Decent performance across GS papers continued. My target of performing extraordinary in at least 3 GS papers failed. More value addition could have been done in GS answers especially in Paper 2 and 4. 3. Optional performance improved. I have a target of 280 in Geography. I got 274 here. 4. Fell short of improving my overall marks. I have a target of 100 marks improvement. But got 60+ only. Mistakes that happened this time: 1) Disproportionate time given to first essay. That impacted the quality of second essay. 2) Not adding more value to answers in GS. Costed me in GS-2 and GS-4. 3) Failed to decode the demand of GS-1. It always remained a mystery to me despite having Geography optional.
