الامتحان بيتجازف لكن ما حيكون كلو piece of cake

Lower limb notes: AVN=avascular necrosis DJD=degenerative joint disease Judet view=نوع من الx ray عشان تحكم علي ال acetabulum Pt=physical therapy /ot=occupational therapy TTWB =Toe touch weight bearing Traction=يعني شد الكسر عشان تحافظ على الاستواء في خط واحد، غالبا  تشد انت ويكون في زول(قوة) معاكسةcounter traction  ، او تعلق حاجة ثقيلة في اتجاه الجاذبية والجسم يعاكسها. ORIF=nail or screw مسامير وصفائح تثبت بيها الكسر بعد تفتح Hemiarthroplasty=تغيير المفاصل صناعيا يعني تغير نص المفصل، مثلا head and neck of femur وتخلي ال acetabulum من غير تغيير(change ball without socket) THR=Total hip replacement يعني تغير المفصل بالكامل(change both ball and socket) MIPO Minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis هنا بتفتح فتحة صغيرة كده في الجسم وتدخل مسطرة على طول العظم وتدق المسامير (ديكور 😂😂) ABI=Ankle Brachial index هنا بنقارن ضغط الرجل مع ضغط اليد عشان نشوف اذا في  (peripheral artery disease) تشبه ال radio-femoral synchronicity

ملاحظات اورثو: اول حاجة اسمع المراجعة عشان تعرف تقرا شنو وتركز على شنو M/C nerve=musculocutanous nerve IM nail=Intramedullary nail يعني مسمار جوا مخ العظم في ال medulla POP=plaster of paris جبص يا جماعة الجبص الواحد ده Brace: يعني دعامة (حاجة بنمنع بيها تحرك الكسر) Cast يعني جبيرة Reduction : يعني اعادة العظم المكسور الى مكانه الطبيعي، وغالبا بكون في عكس اتجاه الكسر ممكن يكون open ودا معناها تفتح العضو وتخش تثبت بي عملية جراحية وممكن يكون closed ودا لما ترجع العظم من برا من غير ما تفتح العضو، مثلا لما يزوغ المفصل بتاع الكتف ونرجعه محله Internal Fixation: يعني خش بي عمليه وثبت الكسر زي ال IM nail القلناه فوق ORIF=Open Reduction Internal Fixation External fixation : يعني تثبت الكسر من برا من خلال الجلد، وبكون بي ادوات معينة، برضو بي مسامير وصفائح وكده لكن برا العضو وبتكون ظاهرة تشوفها بي عينك Any fracture you have to examine joint below and joint above the fracture(ie distal and proximal joints) Compartment syndrome : Increased pressure within the injured muscle compartment(eg :due to edema) , which reduce blood supply to muscle and nerve that lead to 6Ps >>>pain on passive extension<<<< Wt's 6Ps: ie:arterial and nervous manifestations , Pain, Pallor, pulslessness,poikilothermia, parathesia and paralysis :Volkmann ischemic contracture Upper limb deformity (like claw hand) due to prolonged ischaemia which affect nerves and muscles of upper limb(flexors and extensors) It is the late manifestion of volkmann ischemia
