There is a saying " If you fail to plan you are planning to fail." The thing is we all plan and paste it on the side wall of our bed but we don't use it . But why? Cause most of our plans are generalized plans which means we just tell our selves we should do something to day or this weak and we don't know the specific time and place. So to effectively use your plans use Germans method which is fractionalized planning. ✓Give a credit for every hour of your day , even at which time you should eat and sleep ✓ plan atleast 3 or 4 major plans the others would be semi-plans so, atleast you accomplish the most essential daily plans. ✓ put reward and punishment to your plans and promise to do the rewards and punishment to yourself ✓ after you have been effective in this then you can plan for the bigee goals. @Metanoiable
