Telegram channels catalog Problem: there are many small catalogs with groups and channels, but no one universal big catalog with channels by categories, posts frequency, other filters + analytics. Also, it would be great to have an option to request an advertisement in a specific channel as a advertiser. And to receive ad requests and be paid as a channel's owner. The catalog could be a layer between advertisers and authors. Possible solution: one universal platform which is a huge catalog of Telegram channels/groups/bots. It's a go-to service to submit a channel as an owner and a go-to service to search channels as a user. Such a platform should increase channels visibility on the Internet. As a channel owner, you don't need to worry much about giving your channel a visibility in other 100+ catalogs, social networks, etc. One more idea: mirror a channel's posts to the web to make them visible for search engines. I know one such service, but it lacks optimisations in terms of SEO, i.e. anyway it's difficult to find a channel following this way. A solution should be well SEO optimized, so it will look like your posts in Telegram are similar to regular online articles.

Trip helper Problem: I forget to gather all things I need when I'm going somewhere. Whenever it's a small or big trip, it's a bit hard to keep track on things to bring with me. Also, another problem is that I can forget to do chores before going somewhere. E.g. to turn off electricity and water. Possible solution: an app where you make a list of things to do before going somewhere, and the list of things to bring with you. It could be a bot that reminds you about such stuff.

How to validate ideas As the poll above suggests, many people believe that asking people about an idea helps to understand if it is valuable. ~40% say that doing market research helps to know if it'll be a profitable business. Congrats to those who chose there is no correct answer. It's not about ideas The question in the poll isn't correct. It's not about ideas. A business solves a pain. Ideas are everywhere. Understanding the problem is better. Problem defined, the solution created Say, we know a problem. And we know how to create a solution for it based on people's needs. We want to turn it out to a business. Will it work? Should we ask our target customers will they pay for the solution? We shouldn't. Opinions about the future in terms of "will you pay for that?" are worthless. People can tell you anything because of kindness or they think they'll pay, maybe. Or they will not pay definitely, but they say the opposite for some reason. Maybe to avoid unwanted discussions "why". There are other reasons. Ask for the actual money. If they pay you, only then you know it works.

How to know if an idea will be a profitable business? Choose an option which gives the best result.

Trend: Online education In times of pandemic, some people understand that it's more efficient for them to study online. The trend was obvious before the pandemic as well. Most prolific teachers go online to sell courses. Create once and sell many times, not "I study a group of 20 students at a time". Examples of services that are becoming popular: online platforms for courses, podcast hosting and managing, services to learn online, online mentorship.

Competitors pricing tracking A tool to help me, a SaaS owner, keep track on competitors' pricing and other changes. For example, I have a list of 50 known to me companies, and I go to their websites to know the actual pricing. Maybe I keep an Excel doc with companies' names and pricing, but that's a lot of routine work I should do. Instead, the tool scans those websites automatically and grab the actual info, then show me statistics. E.g. how the monthly pricing of company A changed from March to October this year. Technology leadership and entrepreneurship program

Performance monitoring A service that monitors a list of websites to analyze theirs performance metrics. Such as page loading time, size of bundle files, API stability, etc. This kind of data can be accumulated to keep track on competitors, for example.
