A hairpin will free you from the handcuffs. All the bald people are depressed, but the owners of long hair rejoice. The method of opening the handcuffs shown is not only an instruction on how to free yourself, but also a recommendation to take all metal objects from the person you handcuff. SURVIVOR#interesting

1.Drink water. Eight times out of ten we confuse thirst with hunger. 2.Practice acupuncture. Massage the point between your lip and nose for 2-3 minutes. 3.Engage in breathing exercises. 20 deep breaths at a window or on the street will suppress desire to eat candy. 4.Get enough sleep. People tend to compensate for sleep deprivation by overeating. 5.Get aromatherapy. The smells of citrus, coffee, and pine relieve false feelings of hunger. 6.Tighten your waistband. Tight fitting clothes will keep you from overeating by reminding you that it's time to close your mouth. 7.Get busy. Unhealthy appetite is often a psychological problem, from doing nothing. DO NOT do anything if there is a fire in the house or apartment: - Trying to get out through a smoky hallway or staircase (smoke is very toxic and the hot air can also burn your lungs). - Climbing down drainpipes and standpipes with sheets and ropes (unless absolutely necessary, a fall without special skills is very likely). - Jumping out of windows (from the 4th floor onwards, every other jump is fatal). REQUIRED: - Notify the fire department at 01 or 112 (from a cell phone). - Take children and the elderly outside. - Try to put out the fire yourself, using improvised means (water, thick cloth, earth from under flowers, etc.). - If there is a danger of electric shock, switch off the electricity (circuit breakers in the staircase panel), - Remember that it is ineffective to extinguish flammable liquids with water. It is best to use a fire extinguisher, or if you don't have one, a wet rag. SURVIVOR#advice

A lighter comes in handy in any case. Even without gas, the lighter comes in handy, the stick that sparks out of the lighter will help make a fire, even if there is no gas left. It takes a few dozen times to spin the wheel. to grind a very flammable powder. And the first spark will create a powerful flame. SURVIVOR#advice

Make a fire πŸ”₯ with a battery πŸ”‹ You can start a fire πŸ”₯ with a battery πŸͺ« , a piece of foil, and a piece of absorbent cotton when the matches are damp or missing. Cut a strip out of the foil, with the center of the strip tucked in. Wrap absorbent cotton around the center and press the ends of the foil to the battery terminals. The circuit will close, the thin part of the foil will glow, and the absorbent cotton will ignite. The same principle is used for an incandescent bulb. SURVIVOR

Load distribution on the rope The video shows how to tie the knot Austrian conductor, also called "butterfly". This knot is widely used in mountaineering, for self belaying and for securing the middle member in a bundle. The Austrian guide is designed to be tied in the middle of the rope. The knot allows to exclude the damaged part of the rope from the load in an emergency situation. SURVIVOR#advice
