DIY weatherproof junction box fail
Not surprisingly, this abomination of an attempt to make a waterproof JB failed. Cam stopped working, rain had gotten inside and corroded the pins on the rj45s.
Special shout-out to the Romex for the floodlight behind it who isnât even in a JB, just spliced and wrapped in an ungodly amount of electric tape. Iâm guessing the camera installer was also the electrician.
