It's November! That means three things are happening in this channel this month. Firstly, Artist Appreciation Day will be moved to Black Friday this month. Artists who have some type of Black Friday sale will be advertised first. Artists who have no sales will be advertised at the end of the day (6:30 PM CST). Secondly, we will be hosting our annual charity run for Crumlin hospital. As it stands right now, my staff and I have found two artists we're working with to help with incentives to donate. A minimum donation of $2 (USD) is required to enter the raffle. The more you donate, the more likely you are to win a prize. What are the prizes? Currently, the prizes are two full body pictures by Reiner Hass (@havoc_art), a full body piece and head shot piece from DollMouth (@DollMouthArt), and one custom designed song by Luci 🇳🇱 (@TheReboot). More prizes may be added at a later time. Lastly, we are trying to grow as large as we can! Forward our content to chats and channels that you're able to forward them to, try to help us grow. If we hit 3.5 K subscribers by November 25th, a cash prize ($50 USD) will be added to the raffle drawing. If we manage to hit 4 K by the same deadline, an additional cash prize ($100 USD) will be thrown into the raffle as well. Alright, you guys. Some of you already know, but I've got good news, bad news, followed by good news, followed by better news. So, I got a job as a developer! Animating has been what has been paying the bills the last couple years, and it's a lot of fun, but I finally managed to get a job in my field, and its been going great! Animating is actually helped greatly in getting the job! Woohoo! That said, that's also the bad news: I have a job. Unfortunately, that means less stickies. I've cut back greatly on my workload, as you've likely noticed by now. I still love animating, so I'll be doing that occasionally, mostly for fun, but that means I probably won't be taking many animations of existing stickers. The Patreon will remain open for now, and I don't have plans to close it. That said, my partnerships remain active, so please go check them out! I'm also open to new partnerships, so please don't hesitate to reach out if animated stickies are something you want to offer! Now, the better news. Since I'm cutting way back on my workload, that obviously means less stickies overall (bad). Being a developer, I've written many scripts to make the animation process quicker, but have kept these scripts under wraps for financial reasons. Since this is no longer my singular source of income, I'm giving out the scripts I've written to make the process faster, for free. I'll also be doing my best to teach the other animators here how to use them effectively, and provide ongoing support for the forseeable future. You can find them here. Note: these exist simply to speed up the process of preparing the stickers for animating, they won't suddenly make you a great animator, so temper your expectations. I'm working on distributing these as this message goes out, and I'll be advertising the smaller animators around Telegram to give them more visibility. Thanks, you guys.
