This will also help you organise your thoughts and make it easier to take action on them. Stop making excuses. There comes a time in your life when you realise that you can no longer run from your problems. Facing them head on and taking responsibility for the situation that you find yourself in will aid in creating the life you want to live. Surround yourself with like-minded individuals. An old saying states that you are the sum of the 5 people you spend the most time with. Ditch the negative people in your life or at least make them aware of how you feel. Life is short. Make the most of it. Change your mindset. Once you change your perspective on the situation, it becomes easier to complete. Instead of thinking that you “have” to do something.
