AI generated CSAM material is protected under the first amendment now set by Federal Judge Lee. This will be used to further censor the internet and do other surveillance mandates without voter input. Judge Lee set the legal precendent currently that, (1969 ruling) obscene content should be allowed within the home. This means any parent, grandparent, family content creator, who shows their child's face online, is consenting to their child's face being used for photorealistic training of AI generated CSAM material using that kid's face. They are protected under the First Amendment. Please immediately notify anyone who's ever posted their child online that this is completely allowed under the First Amendment now set by Federal Judge Lee. Such content is currently protected. This will be used to add more cameras, tracking, and general surveillance into everyone's lives both online and offline, under the guise still once and again for "protecting the children", wasting tax dollars to further the tracking agenda instead of actually punishing the direct people responsible for it. Everyone is going to suffer under this long term.
