Dearest BAU member, We are eagerly counting the days to the 2023-2024 Academic Year Fall Semester. If you are choosing your departmental courses for the first time, this announcement is for you. If you had previously chosen advanced courses (from the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year), you will not be able to enroll to the same courses, as they will be automatically removed from your UMIS student system. The Dean of Students Office is by your side at every step of your academic journey.

Dearest BAU member, The 2023-24 Academic Year Fall semester Course Selection period has been extended until Sunday, the 24th of September, at 23.59 p.m. You can register for your courses through the https://umis.bau.edu.tr website. 📌 Access your Course Schedule on UMIS 🗓 • Login https://umis.bau.edu.tr • Click on "My Course Schedule" tab on UMIS home screen. To get the PDF file format; 1) Click your Profile Picture (top right) -> "Personal Information" 2) Next to "Student Information," (top left arrow) select "Documents" 3) Select "Course Schedule" and choose your language. For any issues or inquiries, contact your Department Secretary or Advisor

Login to your UMIS account 💻 2. Tap on your Profile Image (top right corner) 3. Go to “Student information” 4. Tap on the down arrow (🔽) next to “Student Information” 5. Select the document of your choice 📃 This built-in feature on UMIS allows you to download your documents in both English and Turkish languages 🇬🇧🇹🇷. Please note that, for the time being, this feature is available only when using your laptop 💻. Enjoy the convenience of quick and easy access to your documents! 🙌

Visit this link: https://int.bau.edu.tr/programs/ •Find and select your major. •Scroll down to the "Course Structure Diagram with Credits" section to locate your upcoming semester's courses. ~ You may also find the same schedule of courses in the "My Slots" tab on the UMIS website. 2. Stay connected with your friends and seniors for advice. 3. Reach out to your assigned university advisor for guidance on elective choices and any other questions you may have in course selection. To find your advisor, go to https://umis.bau.edu.tr, click on your profile image (top right), Personel Information, and scroll down to "Other Information." 4. Understand that course selection options can vary depending on your major and year. Some may allow you to choose electives along with your must courses, while others may only offer the flexibility to switch sections or class timings based on availability.
