| 2 |  📢 BXPay Service Status & Operational Update
Dear BXPay Community,
We would like to provide you with an important update regarding our banking operations.
Due to the complexity of aligning ASEAN and European Union regulatory frameworks, as well as the administrative processes required at the EU level, the resumption of full cross-border transaction and card services at offshore bank has taken longer than initially anticipated.
The required procedures, internal policies, compliance measures, and technology upgrades are now in their final stages. The remaining process includes an independent audit and final regulatory reviews to ensure long-term stability, uninterrupted service, scalability, and readiness for future international banking partnerships.
📅 Expected Timeline
We currently expect the alignment process to be completed and full operations to resume in September 2026.
🚧 Currently Not Operational
- Cross-border SWIFT deposits to offshore accounts are temporarily suspended.
- Physical cards linked to offshore accounts cannot currently be used at merchants located within the European Union EU, European Economic Area EEA, or the United Kingdom UK.
- Please do not send SWIFT transfers to any offshore account until further notice. Incoming transfers will be rejected by correspondent banks, returned to the originating account, and intermediary bank fees may apply.
✅ Services Operating Normally
- Fiat withdrawals from offshore accounts continue to operate normally.
- Transfers between user accounts, including virtual accounts and wallets, remain fully available without interruption.
- Physical cards continue to function normally in all countries outside the EU/EEA/UK.
🚀 Platform Updates
Physical cards can now be issued for virtual accounts.
Apple Wallet support for virtual cards is expected to return in September 2026.
Work is progressing on the implementation of IBAN accounts and additional banking rails to further expand account capabilities for all users.
We will continue providing updates as each milestone is completed.
