Here comes a number of fractions to express percentages:
🔹4% = A tiny fraction.
🔹24% = Almost a quarter.
🔹25% = Exactly a quarter.
🔹26% = Roughly one quarter.
🔹32% Nearly one-third, nearly a third.
🔹49% = Around a half, just under a half.
🔹50% = Exactly a half.
🔹51% = Just over a half.
🔹73% = Nearly three quarters.
🔹77% = Approximately three quarter, more than three-quarter.
🔹79% = Well over three quarters.
🔰Useful idioms:
🔸don't judge a book by its cover: a metaphorical phrase which means "you shouldn't judge someone or something by its appearance alone".
E: When I first met Sam I didn't find him handsome. But, as people say, don't judge a book by its cover. He turned out to be the most interesting person I've ever met and we married soon!
