Observations from day one of the dance monkey court case - Defendant Thomas Sewell. CLAIMS AND REFUTATIONS Thaddeus Francis, the African who works in IT because he could not pass in the security industry, made some outrageous claims under oath to the court today. 1) He claimed a song called "Dance Monkey" by an Australian artist was being played by Tom on some sort of device. Refutation of this claim : No song as described was in the 7 videos presented to court. Furthermore, the song's contents would go against Thomas Sewell's National Socialist beliefs, which is fair enough since the song is gay. None of the witnesses could recall if the song was played at all at the incident. The most likely idea is that Thaddeus was trying to make himself a victim of racism. 2) Thaddeus claimed he was punched in the head from behind and that swelling resulted from it. Refutation of the claim: Video footage shows Tom striking from the front. Such swelling occurred from Thaddeus hitting the pavement, not from Tom's punches. 3) Thaddeus claimed he tried to deescalate the situation after being called a dance monkey by Jacob by saying (paraphrase): "I'd appreciate it if you stopped using racial slurs", then claiming Tom punched him afterward. Refutation of this claim : In none of the videos presented to the court can he be heard saying such words including the video which showed the moments just before the physical altercation. 4) When Tom's defence lawyer suggested to Thaddeus that he said, "Watch it bro I'm not a dance monkey," while he lost his temper, Thaddeus said "I don't recall ever saying those words or losing my temper" Refutation of this claim: it is clear in the videos available that Thaddeus indeed said, "Watch it bro im not a dance monkey", right before throat punching Jacob. 5) When suggested by Tom's defence lawyer that he lost his temper and throat punched Jacob, Thaddeus denied the assertions. Refutation of this claim: The CCTV shows that he did lose his temper before throat punching Jacob. Jacob is also heard saying, "Don't touch me", something he wouldn't say unless he was actually touched. What to deduce so far: Thaddeus recalls getting hit by Tom but does not recall hitting anyone himself...how convenient. He also just makes shit up while under oath. Perjury carries a max 15 year sentence in Victoria. 6) Thaddeus claimed that while he was on the ground Tom punched him numerous times and that the punches "connected". Refutation of this claim: The footage does not show Tom laying into the African with punches. It was more of a wrestle with Tom disengaging which caused the ripped grey shirt. 7 ) Thaddeus claimed that once he got up while he was on the ground he did not try to engage Tom in a fight, he did not "ark up" wanting to attack Tom. Refutation of this claim: The footage clearly shows him arking up albeit on wobbly footing. He had malice in his eyes and want to get back at Tom physically. Furthermore some of the witnesses Channel 9 employees presented conflicting accounts to their view of the events. Sam Cucchiara, an ACA journalist, “did not recall” Thaddeus “arking up” against Tom when he got upright. However the head of security refuted this saying that he did see Thaddeus arking up. This same witness also stated that he saw Thaddeus "dancing" before the physical altercation, literally dancing, acting mighty proud that he was exercising his authority over Tom and Jacob by escorting them to the drainer line. This is what prompted Jacob to say "dance monkey" as opposed to some non-existent song being played in the background. FINAL NOTES: Throughout Thaddeus’ testimony he was becoming very frustrated by some of the questions and suggestions posed to him by Tom’s lawyer, to then smile and appear arrogant at the end of his time under oath.

There's dozen of highlights from today and the transcript will be incredible, but the TLDR is; defence went as well as it could have, verdict will be given next Tuesday. One of my personal highlights was the Prosecution trying to bait me by talking about how Channel 9s 'A Current Affair' is "sensationalism and entry door journalism", and that it isn't credible because it's basically gutter journalism. CONCLUSION: What can be deducted from day 1 of the court case? Thaddeus is a liar who conveniently "does not recall" basic events that would damage his case while also making up stories that would benefit his case and victimhood status. All of this was carried under oath with the threat of perjury. It is clear that some of the witnesses have differing accounts, some appear to be making a narrative with Thaddeus or appear to be truthful. In terms of the media coverage so far I have not come across a single article or video mentioning any of the above points, especially the fact that Thaddeus assaulted Jacob first. It highlights the lies being pushed against good men like Thomas and Jacob as well as the truth that will set these two men free of this political persecution. AM51
