Dealing with Drawdowns (The Anti-Tilt Protocol)
We need to talk about the dark side. Eventually, you will lose. You will get rug-pulled, or you will sell too early, or you will just be wrong. And you will feel that burning desire in your chest to "win it back."
This is called Revenge Trading. And it is the fastest way to turn a 10% loss into a 100% loss.
The Psychology of the Spiral:
1. The Loss: You lose 1 SOL on a bad trade.
2. The Anger: You feel stupid. You want to prove you are smart.
3. The Rush: You enter a new trade immediately, with bigger size, on a worse setup.
4. The Kill: That trade fails. Now you are down 3 SOL. You panic.
The "Cool Down" Protocol (Mandatory): If you lose 2 trades in a row OR lose 10% of your account in a day:
STOP. Close the laptop. Turn off the phone. Go outside.
Why? Your brain is in "Fight or Flight" mode. Your IQ has literally dropped 20 points. You are chemically incapable of making a good decision right now. The market will be there tomorrow. Your money won't be if you stay.
How to Recover (The Ladder): When you come back (after 24 hours):
• Do NOT try to make it all back in one trade.
• Size Down: Cut your position size in half.
• Goal: Just hit one winning trade. Even if it's small. You need to rebuild your confidence, not just your balance.
Actionable Task
Set a "Hard Stop" for yourself today. Write it down: "If I lose $___ today, I am legally forbidden from opening another trade." If you break this rule, you are a gambler, not a trader.

Building a Trading Plan (Your Constitution)
Welcome to the Final Week. This week is about Longevity. Anyone can get lucky once. Only those with a system stay rich.
If I asked you right now: "What are your rules for entering a trade?" And you answered: "Uhh, when it looks good..." You are going to lose everything.
A Trading Plan is a contract you sign with yourself. You do not break it.
The 4 Pillars of a Trading Plan
1. The Setup (When do I act?)
• Example: "I ONLY buy if there is a 4H Support bounce OR a confirmed S/R Flip."
• Rule: If the setup isn't there, I do not click the button. I sit on my hands.
2. The Risk (How much do I bet?)
• Example: "Max 1% of portfolio per trade. Max 3 open trades at once."
• Rule: If I lose 2 trades in a row, I stop trading for 24 hours (Cool-down Period).
3. The Exit (When do I leave?)
• Example: "Sell 50% at 2x. Sell rest at 5x/10x."
• Rule: "If price drops below the Support line, I cut the loss immediately. No hoping."
4. The Routine (When do I work?)
• Example: "I trade from 8 PM to 11 PM. I do not trade at work. I do not trade while drunk or tired."
Why this matters: When you are in a trade, your heart rate goes up. You become stupid. Your Trading Plan is the "Smart You" telling the "Stupid You" what to do.
Actionable Task
Open the Notes app on your phone. Type the title: MY TRADING RULES. Write down just 3 Rules you promise to follow this month.
• (e.g., "No leverage," "No buying after green candles," "Stop loss at -20%"). Screenshot it and set it as your phone wallpaper.

Week 3 Recap (The Sniper's Protocol)
We have finished Week 3: Technical Precision.
In Week 1, you learned how to survive. In Week 2, you learned how to investigate. In Week 3, you learned when to pull the trigger.
The "Sniper Protocol" (Week 3 Summary)
1. Timeframes (Day 15): The General (4H) decides the direction. The Soldier (1m) takes the shot. Never fight the General.
2. Volume (Day 16): It is the truth serum. Breakout with low volume = Fake. Breakout with high volume = Real.
3. The S/R Flip (Day 17): The Holy Grail. Don't buy the break. Wait for the retest. Resistance becomes Support.
4. The Free Ride (Day 18): Sell 50% at 2x. Remove your risk immediately.
5. Psychology (Day 19): You will never sell the top. Ladder out and don't look back.
6. The 100x Anatomy (Day 20): Millionaires are made in the "Boring Zone," not the "Hype Zone."
The Truth Check: Many of you read these posts but didn't change your behaviour. You are still staring at the 1-minute chart, feeling FOMO, and refusing to take profits because "it might go higher."
If you do not master your emotions, the charts do not matter.
