JKSSB has finalised a total of 712 examination centres for the FAA examination.
Furthermore, the Board is expected to undertake the necessary arrangements for the JKP Constable, Telecommunication and other examinations next week. All districts will be informed regarding the examination arrangements during the coming week.
JKSSB has also conveyed that efforts are being made to complete the Home Department examinations by December 2026.
Following the completion of these examinations, the PET/PST schedule is expected in February 2027.

Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the appointment of nine lawyers, including a woman, as judges of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
The inclusion of advocate Tabasum Zafar is also noteworthy. If her appointment is formally cleared, she would become the first Kashmiri woman lawyer to be appointed as a judge of the High Court.
