Former Armenian NKR General Karen Jalavyan (right side of picture) who had refused to lay down weapons a few days ago has appeared to be in Goris town, Armenia. It is reported that Azerbaijan gave him and his unit amnesty in exchange for surrendering their weapons.

Former Nagorno-Karabakh Republic State Minister Ruben Vardanyan was arrested at the Lachin checkpoint and is being taken to Baku. It is reported that Vardanyan tried to cross the Azerbaijani checkpoint with a shaggy car but was recognized by border guards. The latter was one of Kremlin’s main asset in Karabakh region and we could see Russia trying to negotiate his freedom.
