Successful curators will receive accommodation, and a stipend of €300 to support their stay in FSAS. Where needed or desired, FSAS can help, such as in introductions to artists, art institutions, curators, galleries in Dublin city and nationwide. Open Call :: SAC International Curatorial Residency Program 2023 As part of the program, we are announcing an open call for proposals to choose an international curator who will be part of the Miquel Casablancas Prize for the Visual Arts’ jury in 2023, and will later develop a curatorial project with a selection of catalan artists chosen from applicants to the prize. The residency covers the expenses of jurying the prize and for the curatorial proposal (1,700 € subject to applicable taxes), for the production of the exhibition (2,000 € subject to applicable taxes), accommodation and travel. THE VISUAL ARTS PROJECT FUND GOETHE INSTITUT Our Visual Arts Project Fund provides financial support for the development of exhibitions and discussion-based formats involving collaborative international working processes in which project participants work together on an equal footing to create something substantively new across national borders. The application must be submitted by two or more partners, one of whom must be based abroad and one in Germany. The application should show that working contacts already exist between the partners, who agree to make dialogue central to their approach to the project. The application must also include written confirmation from at least one institution (art association, museum, educational institution etc.) interested in working with the applicants, as well as a description of the project content. The maximum amount of funding available is €25,000. The next closing date for applications is 15.10.2022 at 11:59 AM (CET - time in Germany).
