04 📌Rigveda
✔️The Rigveda is regarded to be the earliest Vedic Sanskrit literature, produced between 1800 and 1100 BCE.
✔️The Rigveda, or 'Veda of Verses,' is the oldest, consisting of over 1000 hymns devoted to various deities and organised largely to meet the needs of the priestly families who were the keepers of sacred literature.
✔️Rigveda literally means "verses of comprehension."
✔️It consists of 1028 hymns arranged in ten volumes called "mandalas."
✔️It is also known as the "First Testament" of mankind. It was composed around the year 1700 BC.
✔️The latest hymns were written between 1500 and 1200 BC. It's a hymn collection from several priest families.

05 📌Vedic Age
✔️The Vedic Age refers to the period in ancient Indian history that is associated with the composition of the Vedas, which are the oldest sacred texts of Hinduism. It is believed to have spanned from around 1500 BCE to 500 BCE. This era saw the development of early Vedic civilization, characterized by a pastoral and agricultural lifestyle, as well as the establishment of early Indo-Aryan religious and cultural traditions. The Rigveda, the oldest of the four Vedas, is considered a primary source of information about this period.
