Hello Guys, I hope you joined the session and got to know about how he went for ssb for 22 times and faced rejection and then finally accepted his mistakes, worked upon them, improved his weaknesses and got recommended in 23rd attempt and he was the only one who got recommended in his entire batch. Sometimes you just to find out the actual reason with acceptance about your rejection. Ssb preparation is not that much hard if you take the right approach. Also I am here to guide you all, but I can only help when you will take a step forward, I will definitely help those who seek my guidance. My students who got recommended and doing their trainings didn’t left a single day and used to ask me very small small doubts. I feel grateful when students do that. Some PPDT Tips Try to make a practical story with less background/introduction and more of actions and one liner conclusion. Next try to go with the picture, dnt make unnecessary out of the picture story. If daily life type picture comes then try to relate with yourself and write story imagining you like preparations, going on a trip ( if picture allows). Try to think GD points after writing the story and till the time your group called for the narration and GD. Try to write age, mood, gender, action as per the picture. If male is shown then write story of a male and female is shown then of female. Narrate your story very confidently,try to finish it in time that's why I said add more actions. Participate in GD, do not counter or contradict anyone, just add your points and try to calm down the group in case of fish market. Adv Swati Dahiya Sangwan

POINTS FOR PPDT STORY: ✅ First of all understand the demand of this test which can be easily understandable by its definition - Picture Perception and Description test. ✅ This test is divided into two parts: 1. Writing Part: You need to write mention the number of characters shown in the picture, their age, gender,mood( positive/negative/neutral). Action part- here you need to write the work of your hero, you need to write just one line here. Then you need to write story. Description part: Here you need to first narrate your story which includes again number of characters you perceived with their age, gender,mood , action of your story and then your story within 1 minute. Then you need to take part in the group discussion and give points to make a group common story for which your entire group must agree. TIPS FOR PERFORMING BETTER IN BOTH OF THE TEST: ✅ Perceive the picture properly. BACKGROUND - Perceive the background properly as it will help you in deciding theme of your story ,check whether it's rural/ urban area, outdoor/indoor, mountain/river, flood/ fire/earthquake/someone drowning . Gender of characters: It will help you in deciding the strength,type of work. Objects shown: It will help in deciding actions for your story, what your hero can do with that particular object, e.g. Phone is shown then it means the hero is either receiving some information or giving some information, here you need to what is that information and what hero is going to do with that information. ✅ Formation of the story: Story must be written in three parts: Introduction, Actions, Conclusion. Actions must be about the hero's work which can be further divided into three parts: Planning, Preparation, Execution. NARRATION PART: Try to write short & crisp story which can be completed within 1 minute,it means you need to write maximum actions,so that while narrating you will talk about the actions and the assessors as well as other candidates can actually understand how practical & organised you are while giving solutions for anything. While performing in group discussion, listen other candidates stories carefully especially their themes so that you can point out of common points of those candidates. This will show that you are a good listener and accept others opinions. Do not force your story during GD and try to contribute with others points . Do not point out other candidate's mistakes,try to add your points which are logical and practical. You can give real life examples, facts in your points.
